This course is tailored for young teens (ages 11-17) in the UK who are at risk of involvement in serious youth violence and gang culture. Utilizing the metaphor of “building bridges,” the programme emphasizes connection, reconciliation, and personal growth. It aims to equip participants with theoretical knowledge in conflict resolution, networking, and personal development, underpinned by integrity, understanding, and forgiveness. While focusing on theoretical aspects, the course incorporates select practical exercises to reinforce learning, making it suitable for schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and assemblies.
4. LEVEL UP: TRANSFORMATIVE TRAUMA-INFORMED MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
The Level Up programme is a dynamic, six-week journey specifically designed for young people (18-24) facing challenges with mental health, trauma, self-esteem, and overall well-being. This trauma-informed therapeutic programme provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to facilitate healing, growth, and personal development.
5. EMPOWERING PARENTS FOR POSITIVE PARENTING
This trauma informed programme is for parents and carers struggling with their children. We seek to provide support, education, and resources to help parents and carers understand and respond to their children’s challenging behaviours in a trauma-sensitive manner.
6. COUNTY LINES WORKSHOPS & ASSEMBLIES
Hear Me Now delivers powerful workshops and assemblies focused on county lines, individuality, and accountability. These impactful sessions aim to confront the harsh realities young people face, particularly the dangers of getting involved in county lines, and emphasise the importance of owning their choices. Anthony’s workshops and assemblies are designed to help students understand the consequences of their actions, challenge them to reflect on their personal identity, and encourage them to take responsibility for their futures.
