The Level Up programme is a dynamic, six-week journey specifically designed for young people (18-24) facing challenges with mental health, trauma, self-esteem, and overall well-being. This trauma-informed therapeutic programme provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to facilitate healing, growth, and personal development.

Over six transformative sessions, we will explore how trauma and life experiences shape our minds, emotions, and behaviours. You will gain insight into your past and learn how to overcome obstacles to create a more positive and empowered future. This programme is rooted in compassion, offering a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth.

Week 2: Survival Responses and Stress Management

🔹 Learn about the fight/flight/freeze response and its effects on your mental health.

🔹 Discover grounding techniques to help manage trauma symptoms and promote stability.

🔹 Understand how stress impacts your emotional well-being.

Week 3: Exploring Emotions and Building Trust

🔹 Dive into emotions such as fear, panic, grief, and rage, and their impact on mental health.

🔹 Learn how to regulate these emotions and rebuild trust, starting with yourself.

Week 4: Self-Care and Positive Strategies

🔹 Understand the role of pro-social chemicals like oxytocin in promoting mental well-being.

🔹 Explore self-care practices and develop strategies to better manage your mental health.

Week 5: Conscious and Subconscious Mind

🔹 Examine the influence of childhood experiences on mental health and well-being.

🔹 Learn about unlearning negative habits and reprogramming your subconscious for healthier patterns.

Week 6: Cognitive Triangle and New Narratives

🔹 Learn about the cognitive triangle: thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how they affect each other.

🔹 Challenge negative thoughts and beliefs that hold you back and create new, empowering narratives for your life.
