EMPOWERING PARENTS FOR POSITIVE PARENTING

EMPOWERING PARENTS FOR POSITIVE PARENTING

This trauma-informed programme is for parents and carers struggling with their children. We seek to provide support, education, and resources to help parents and carers understand and respond to their children’s challenging behaviours in a trauma-sensitive manner.

At Hear Me Now, we believe in Root and Stem Healing—the understanding that in order to heal society as a whole, we must heal together. The root represents our youth, who are deeply affected by trauma and need nurturing guidance to grow in a positive direction. The stem represents adults who carry unhealed wounds from their past, which often influence their parenting and interactions with young people. By addressing both, we create a cycle of healing, resilience, and transformation—breaking generational cycles of pain and fostering a stronger, healthier future.
