Turning Point: Empowerment & Growth Programme for Youth
To provide support and guidance to young people struggling with their mental health, behavioural issues, family challenges, and difficulties in forming secure attachments.
Programme Duration:
6 weeks, consisting of 6 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.

To support and guide young people who are facing mental health struggles, behavioural challenges, family setbacks, and issues with forming secure attachments.

Session 1: Introduction and Building Rapport

Session 2: Understanding Mental Health
Identifying common mental health issues among young people

Encouraging open discussion and sharing personal experiences
Introducing self-care practices and coping mechanisms
Session 3: Behaviour Management Strategies
Understanding the underlying reasons for challenging behaviours

Developing self-awareness and self-regulation skills

Role-playing and practising positive behaviour responses
Session 4: Family Dynamics and Communication
Discussing the impact of family issues on mental health and behaviour
